Should Subs and Starters Warm-up Together?

Playing

Should I have my subs warm-up with my starters on game day?

Absolutely. All field players should warm-up together on game day. In fact, not only should substitutes warm-up with the starters, they should also do an additional short warm-up – such as a light jog or power skips – just prior to actually entering the game.
